Ride & Design — The Cruz uses a wide Baltic birch deck with a slip-resistant riding surface. Its 180 mm ultra-low-resistance polyurethane wheels and shielded, self-lubricating bearings are designed for efficient rolling on paved urban surfaces.

Braking, Folding & Serviceability — The Cruz has a handlebar-operated front brake, a rear fender stomp brake, and a folding chassis for carrying and storage. Wheels, bearings, brake components, grips, and other service parts are replaceable for ongoing maintenance.

Things to Consider — Choose the Cruz when a wide wood deck is a priority. Riders who want the lightest and narrowest Xootr can compare the Dash, while riders who prefer a wide metal deck can compare the magnesium MG or aluminum Street. Its solid polyurethane wheels prioritize rolling efficiency over pneumatic-tire cushioning.

3-Year Limited Warranty — Your Xootr scooter is built for years of everyday use and is backed by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Normal Wear — Normal wear and wear items are not covered. This includes components that naturally wear through regular use, such as wheels, tires, bearings, brake components, grips, grip tape, and other consumable or wear-related parts.

Exclusions — The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications, improper assembly, or use outside the scooter's intended purpose.

Warranty Claims — If you believe your Xootr has a warranty issue, please contact support@scooter4us.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos showing the problem.

30-Day Returns — We want you to love your Xootr. If it's not the right fit, you may return your scooter within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Test Ride — You're welcome to take your Xootr for a short test ride on a clean, dry, and smooth surface. Returned scooters must be clean and free from visible signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage.

Return Condition — The scooter must be returned complete with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you're certain you want to keep your Xootr.

Return Shipping — Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Inspection — Returned products are inspected upon receipt. Products showing visible wear, damage, excessive use, modification, or missing parts may be subject to a reduction in the refund or may not qualify for a return.

Refunds — Once the return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
