Installation
- Unfold the scooter and extend the handlebar about halfway.
- Buckle the small strap nearest the Xootr “X” around the vertical handlebar section just below the T-joint and tighten it.
- Thread the wider strap over the top of the handlebar and behind the brake cable so it hangs down the front of the scooter.
- Attach the lower small strap around the lower-handle structure and tighten it.
- Adjust the overall strap length so it is taut when the handlebar is at your preferred riding height.
- When the scooter is folded, the strap becomes loose enough to sling the scooter over your shoulder.
