United States — Shipping Rates & Delivery
FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (including scooters). For orders under $100, shipping is a flat $8.90.
Delivery: Typically 1–5 business days via UPS Ground after dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states. We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Canada — Shipping Rates & Delivery
$19.90 flat rate for orders under $100 (parts and accessories). $39.90 flat rate for orders of $100 or more (scooter orders). Free U.S. shipping does not apply to Canada.
Delivery: Typically 4–9 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Canadian import duties, GST/HST and carrier brokerage fees may apply and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
