FREE GROUND SHIPPING
We provide free FedEx ground shipping on all Xootr kick scooters shipped within the continental US including all accessories purchased at the time of your order.US
We do all of our shipping from our facility in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. We typically ship your order the same business day if we receive your order by 3pm EST, otherwise your order will ship the next business day. If for some reason we can not ship your order in that time frame we will contact you.Our default shipping option within the US for most orders is standard FedEx ground. FedEx is not able to delivery to PO Boxes. For this reason, orders must be shipped to a valid street address. In some cases USPS Priority Mail service is cheaper on small, light weight orders. If that is the case, the default shipping option for your order will be USPS Priority Mail and you will be able to send your order to a PO Box.
Standard FedEx ground service is available to most locations within Alaska and Hawaii. If FedEx ground service is not available to your location we will contact you to work out other shipping options. We also offer next day, two day, or three day shipping options. Please indicate your preferred option when you place an order. All shipping costs (if applicable) will be applied when you place an order. No sales taxes are applied to your order except for shipments to Pennsylvania.

CANADA
We have a distributor and a number of dealers throughout Canada. If there is no dealer near your location, we can ship directly to you. If shipping directly to you remember you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees required by your local government at time of delivery. The shipping company prepays these charges for you. If you refuse to pay the charges, the package will be abandoned and you will not receive any refund as the package will not be returned to us.INTERNATIONAL
We have a number of distributors spread across the globe. We only ship to those countries not covered by those distributors and their dealers. Most likely our distributors can get you a Xootr product to you cheaper than we can ship it to you directly. If you would like to purchase a Xootr product, but none of our distributors cover your location contact us and we will assist.There are some countries which are not covered by our distributors. In those countries, We ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (Air/EMS service), which generally provides one-week delivery. International customers including Canada are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees required by your local government at time of delivery. The shipping company prepays these charges for you. If you refuse to pay the charges, the package will be abandoned and you will not receive any refund as the package will not be returned to us.
