SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scooter4US. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to the following destinations:
- United States: All addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories due to carrier restrictions for oversized parcels.
- Canada: We offer international cross-border shipping to all Canadian provinces.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)
For deliveries within the continental United States, we offer straightforward options based on your total order value:
- Orders of $100.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping (Automatically applies to all Scooter purchases)
- Orders under $100.00: $8.90 Flat Rate Shipping (Applies to accessories and replacement parts)
Please note: All domestic flat rates and free shipping options already include the standard residential delivery surcharges.
3. International Shipping Rates to Canada
To cover cross-border logistics and heavy parcel requirements, shipping to Canada is excluded from our free shipping threshold. We charge a flat fee based on order value:
- Orders under $100.00: $19.90 International Flat Rate (Accessories / Parts)
- Orders of $100.00 and over: $39.90 International Heavy Parcel Flat Rate (Scooter Orders)
Important Notice for Canadian Customers: Trade regulations require that all international shipments entering Canada from the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (GST/HST), and carrier brokerage fees. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, are determined solely by Canadian authorities and the carrier, and must be paid entirely by the recipient upon customs clearance or delivery.
4. Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) directly from our central Midwest fulfillment hub: Harris Quality Logistics c/o Scooter4US, 20505 W 67th St, Shawnee, KS, 66218.
- Continental U.S. Delivery: 1–5 business days via UPS® Ground (depending on your regional zone).
- Canada Delivery: 4–9 business days (depending on regional destination and customs clearance speeds).
5. Transit Times by Region (UPS Ground Transit Map)
Thanks to our centrally located Midwest hub in Shawnee, Kansas, your packages move fast across the U.S.:
- Midwest / Central US: 1–2 business days
- East Coast & Southern US: 2–3 business days
- West Coast / Pacific US: 4–5 business days
6. Tracking & Shipment Damages
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number(s) as soon as your order is dispatched. Scooter4US Corp. is liable for any products lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging immediately and contact our support team at support@scooter4us.com to initiate a replacement claim.
